54. Declaration of conformity with the German Corporate Governance Code

In September 2022, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board issued the annual declaration of conformity pursuant to § 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) concerning the recommendations of the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code. In May 2022, the annual declaration submitted in September 2021 was updated in accordance with § 161 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG).
