With this chapter, METRO AG fulfils its duty to produce a non-financial statement (NFS) for the holding company, pursuant to §§ 289b to 289e of the German Commercial Code (HGB), and a non-financial group statement, pursuant to §§ 315b to 315c in conjunction with §§ 289c to 289e of the German Commercial Code (HGB), in the form of a combined non-financial statement. As a separate chapter, this declaration constitutes a part of the combined management report. - The Limited Assurance Report can be found at the end of the report after the independent auditor’s report.
